Cookies & Credits
Last updated: 2026-05-08
We keep a clean line: no tracking cookies, no advertising, no profiling, no analytics that identify individuals. This page explains what we actually store in your browser and credits the image sources we use.
1. Which cookies we use
One technical cookie, listed below. No tracking, profiling, advertising or analytics cookies whatsoever.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
ade_privacy_seen | Remembers that you've already seen the privacy notice banner, so it isn't shown on every visit. | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
Being a strictly necessary cookie for delivering the requested service (remembering you've seen the notice), it does not require prior consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Italian Privacy Code Art. 122.
You can clear the cookie at any time from your browser settings; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
2. Browser storage
We don't use localStorage or sessionStorage.
Your browser keeps nothing of our site between visits, beyond the
normal HTTP cache for static assets (images, CSS, fonts), which is a
browser feature and not tracking on our side.
3. Traffic analytics
At the moment we do not collect traffic analytics beyond the technical Vercel logs described in our Privacy Policy (section 2.4).
If we ever enable an analytics tool, we'll choose cookieless and GDPR-compliant solutions (such as Plausible or equivalent) and update this page with the details.
4. Third-party services loaded by your browser
Some external services are loaded by your browser when you visit the site. They may collect minimal technical information (IP, user agent) for their own operation, under their respective policies:
- Anthropic (privacy.anthropic.com) — receives the messages you send to the AI chat only if you use it. See Privacy Policy section 2.2.
- Vercel (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) — site hosting and CDN. See Privacy Policy section 2.4.
- WhatsApp (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy) — only if you decide to click a "Message on WhatsApp" link: the WhatsApp app or web client opens, and from that point your data is processed under Meta's terms.
Self-hosted fonts: unlike many websites, we do not load typefaces from Google Fonts. The typefaces (DM Serif Display, Mulish, JetBrains Mono) are served directly from our own server using the @fontsource package. This eliminates the transfer of your IP address to Google servers in the United States — a historically sensitive point under GDPR (Schrems II ruling).
