These are the terms governing the use of amicidelleeolie.it and the operating conditions of the boat excursions offered by Salvo Puglisi. By visiting the site or using our services, you accept these conditions.

1. About us

Amici delle Eolie is a boat excursion service in the Aeolian Islands operated by Salvatore Puglisi, certified skipper. Main vessel: U Cammellu N'ammuratu, max capacity 12 people.

2. Bookings

2.1 How to book

Bookings are handled directly with Salvo via WhatsApp (+39 338 1584128) or email (amicidelleeolie@libero.it). The website (including the AI assistant) collects requests and forwards them: we do not auto-confirm bookings.

2.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when Salvo personally replies in writing. Until then it is a pending request.

2.3 Pricing

Prices are not published on the site because they vary based on dates, group size, islands visited and duration. Salvo sends a personalized quote after receiving your inquiry.

3. Weather and sea conditions

Excursions are subject to sea conditions. Salvo verifies feasibility the day before departure. In case of adverse conditions:

  • We reschedule for another date compatible with your stay
  • We adjust the itinerary toward more sheltered islands
  • We cancel with full refund of any advance payment

Safety is the absolute priority. This decision is not negotiable.

4. On board

  • The crew is certified. Navigation insurance is included.
  • Recommended: beachwear, low non-slip shoes, sunscreen, hat, swimsuit on, water, ID document.
  • Large pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.
  • Children are welcome — flag in advance to organize the right life jacket.
  • No smoking on board.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and changes on your side are handled directly with Salvo. Our policy is reasonable and adapts to good faith — we don't sell rigid "packages" but experiences.

6. Website and AI assistant

6.1 Availability

The site is offered "as is" with no continuous availability guarantee. We may update content, pages or features at any time.

6.2 AI assistant

The on-site AI assistant is an informational tool. It has no decision-making authority: it does not confirm prices, does not guarantee availability, does not replace direct conversation with Salvo. Its responses are guidance, not contractual commitments.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, photos we publish, "Amici delle Eolie" mark) is our property. Aerial photos of the islands come from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licenses (see credits).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court is the Tribunale di Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (ME).
