Historic Lipari restaurant, immersed in a garden of citrus trees, hydrangeas and aromatic herbs, just five minutes from the old town. Traditional Aeolian cuisine with contemporary touches, zero-kilometre produce, daily-changing fish menu sourced from the local market. House specialty: raw marinated prawns. The name refers to the 'pulere' — the lava stone columns that hold up the pergolas of Aeolian houses.
Open since 1973, E Pulera is one of the most established restaurants on the island. We chose it because it embodies exactly what we look for in our network: real cuisine, ingredients from the island, family hospitality.
